You will notice too, that we have 51 stories and a bonus one too. The bonus is ‘Darkness, My Friend’ by Sasha Roberts, because we did so much work with it on the blog, and I wanted to flag that in the book. Sasha had a story that we considered more appropriate for the book, so I chose to squeeze it in as an extra.
As for the 51st story, more on that will follow in due course.
Again, congratulations to all the writers who were selected.

That’s a nice surprise, to get a story included, especially the one I would consider the oddest story out of the three I submitted and its the one that had my head in a spin for weeks, a head full of ideas that I didn’t understand that sort of spewed out onto the page. So thank you for the recognition and well done to everyone else too and all those who submitted. And thanks to the whole Twisted Team, hope you had a devil of a time choosing!
Well done! Remember reading your ‘Murmuration’ story. Glad you got in.
Congratulations to all those that made it in!
Congrats all!
Thanks so much Chris and the Twisted team! Very happy to be included, congratulations all!
also will there be a social media post that we can share for this info? Thanks!
I’m thrilled that my story, The Devil’s Ringlets, is to be included in Twisted50 Volume III. Very exciting. Kathryn
Wow, how exciting, thank you so much!
Congrats to everyone selected..so many great stories submitted – I wouldn’t have known where to start! So huge thanks to Chris and the team for making it all possible.
Published or not we are all part of something awesome. 💕
Congratulations to everyone who made it into Vulume III (yeah, I’m patting my own back here)!
For those who didn’t make the final 50 this time, don’t despair. There’s an Evil Little Sister on her way, and I know from experience that her book will be just as good!
Fantastic! Thankyou! So pleased to have one of my stories make the final 50 given the huge number of high quality entries. Well done everyone and well done Chris and team for enabling another great anthology.
Well done all!
Amazing, so happy to get a story in the anthology. I’ve loved the Twisted journey so far, so looking forward to what comes next. Congratulations to everyone who has taken part.
Well done to everyone who managed to get a story in. It’s sure to be a good compilation.
Thrilled to be included and congratulations to all the other authors. Many thanks to Chris and the team for all the hard work to get us this far!
Congratulations to everyone who submitted. It takes guts to put a piece of yourself on paper to be judged by your peers.
A big thank you to everyone who read my stories, giving me both tips and encouragement when I’d lost my mojo.
Also, appreciation to Chris and the team for taking time to read it all.
Kind regards,
Eileen
Amazing news thank you. Very honoured…! Well done to everyone involved in the process.
Congrats everyone! Very honoured to join your ranks.
And thanks to those fellow writers who helped comment and critique and ultimately punch my entries up
Honoured and surprised that I have a story selected. Thank you all for helpful and constructive reviews. Congratulations to all for the amazing amount of dedication to the project. A great experience.
Thank you so much for including my story, and congratulations to everyone else. It’s been a real pleasure reading all the stories that were submitted. Looking forward to reading them again in print.
Congrats to all the Twisted50 v3 winners, well deserved.
Also, congrats to all the other authors who contributed to this project, well done.
This was a great venue to re-spark my creativity. I still can’t recall how I came across this project, but I’m glad I did.
I feel I should respect all the contributing authors, so I will start by reading the selected stories and then move on to the others. That should keep my nights occupied through the winter.
Looking forward to the next project.
Congratulations to everyone who contributed stories. I’m delighted to be selected and can’t wait for the book to be published so I can buy a bunch of copies to give as rather self-indulgent Christmas presents! 😂
Well, this is nice.
It’s been a joy reading through all of the stories on this site. Such a scintillating diversity of ideas and originality. I’ve learned so many new ways to manipulate and torture people! And with only a few shuffles of letters on a page.
Thanks to all who have spent time and effort in this grisly enterprise. I look forward to getting to know you in the epilogue.
Congrats to all! I’m delighted to be included in this volume. Great to have some uplifting news to shine up the day (-8b And deep thanks to Chris and his team, I’m not sure where all that energy and purpose comes from. Perhaps there’s… something… Twisted afoot!
Congratulations, everyone! I look forward to reading the book in December.
Wow! So excited to be a part of this! Congratulations to all the other writers, and a sincere thank you to Chris and Kate, and everyone else involved who helped put this together and moving along! Keep creating!
Fantastic effort by all! Can’t wait to be part of a trilogy. What a brilliant platform for writers and huge thanks to Chris and the team for these opportunities!

Congratulations everyone. And commiserations to those who did not make it as there were some really good stories. Thank you to Chris, Kate and everyone else involved for choosing my own story, I am very grateful to be included.
