Susie Riddell trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She has recorded a great many audiobooks including The Ethical Carnivore, I Followed the Rules, Apple & Rain and Nooks & Crannies for which she was awarded an Earphones Award.

Susie has also narrated BBC Radio 4’s Book of the Week. She plays Tracy Horrobin in The Archers and she has twice been a member of the BBC Radio Drama Company.Her extensive radio work includes major roles in Ulysses, Frankenstein, The Great Gatsby and the award-winning adaptation of 1984.

 

Theatre includes roles at The Old Vic, Bristol Old Vic, Tobacco Factory, Birmingham Rep and the Arcola Theatre. TV includes Gavin & Stacey, Doctors, Emmerdale and Saxondale.

 

Susie is co-Artistic Director of the theatre company, Idiot Child, and sings with the City of London Choir.
