Favourite quote: ‘More than anything, I just want this moment to end’ – The Cabin In The Woods
Christopher Patrick is not an award winning writer (although he knows some) and currently lives in Scotland. He is serving as Secretary on the board of Pan Breed Productions who recently produced a short film written and directed by Christopher called The Auditors, currently being submitted for festival consideration. As of 2015, he is one of 8 young artists from across Scotland participating in Youth Theatre Scotland’s inaugural Young Arts Leaders Programme, working to develop a theatre-based project within his region. He’s pretty excited about it.
Chris is one of the Scottish Youth Theatre’s Young Writer’s, writing The Constant Soldier under the tutelage of BAFTA-Winning Writer David Cosgrove (see he knows some). The Constant Soldier recently enjoyed a successful two week run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, produced by Calum McMillan and directed by Christopher, and was described as “a taut piece of new writing” by Broadway Baby.
Also a contributor for Telstar Media and The Rambling Crab, he co-founded Two Whiskies Short Productions with Calum McMillan. Chris interests lie in watching film and television, as well as listening to music and reading books. He also plays guitar.
He graduated in 2013 from the University of Glasgow as a Masters of the Arts, a title he’s struggling to live up to. His interests also lie in refraining from talking in the third person, something which, recently, he has found quite difficult.

It’s a mystery-thriller with some horror mixed in for good measure. I like to describe it as ‘if Stephen King or Michael Crichton wrote
